There's no shortage of issues in the Governor's race. But education, jobs, runaway inflation and Democratic Governor Tom Wolf's unilateral, authoritarian order placing PA in RGGI, the Regional Green House Gas Initiative sit atop most G.O.P. contenders' agendas. RGGI portends a catastrophe for our economy, as well as the loss of a half million energy related jobs.
