A life-long resident of the Stroudsburg, Pa. area, Dr. Spinner has been treating families for more than 20 years. He graduated with honors from the Ohio College of Podiatric Medicine in Cleveland and did his residency at Eastern State Hospital in Williamsburg, Va.

He is a member of the American Podiatric Medical Association, is a past president of the Lehigh Valley Podiatric Association and is currently on the active staff at Pocono Medical Center. He performs surgery at Pocono Ambulatory Surgery Center.
