O'Malley, Jerry Notarianni and Laureen A. Cummings, along with the County's Environmental Office and the PA DEP will provide Lackawanna County residents an opportunity to recycle used tires at the Lackawanna Recycling Center located @ 3400 Boulevard Avenue, Scranton, and at the collection sites listed below. Thanks to Enterprise Fleet Management and McCarthy Tires for their sponsorship. All residential tires will be $3 each, NO RIMS or DEBRIS Tires with water, mud, and debris will be $5 each Tires with rims will be $10 NO truck tires will be accepted All drop-off sites are open to all county residents. This is a residential and non-commercial event.
