COLTS County of Lackawanna Transit System Schedule for week of April 10 Thursday, Friday, Saturday: COLTS' Fixed Route buses and Shared Ride vans will run on regular schedule. The Customer Service Desk at the LTC will be open 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. weekdays and 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Saturday. COLTS' administrative offices will be closed on Friday, April 15, reopening on at 8:30 a.m. on Monday.
