Happy Thanksgiving from everyone at COLTS! COLTS is closed today with no service in observance of Thanksgiving. We wish you and yours a safe, healthy, and happy holiday! COLTS will resume regular fixed route (bus) service tomorrow. Shared Ride (van) service will run ADA trips only. The Customer Service Window at the Transit Center will be open from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. COLTS' main offices on North South Road are closed Friday and will re- COLTS open at 8:30 a.m. on County of Lackawanna Transit System Monday.
