COLTS will have regular Fixed COLTS Route bus service and Shared Ride (van) service on Monday, Oct. 11, 2021. County of Lackawanna Transit System The Customer Service Desk at the Lackawanna Transit Center will be open from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. COLTS' Administrative Offices on North South Road will be closed in observance of Columbus Day, reopening at 8:30 a.m. on Tuesday.
