COLTS Back to COLTS FULL SERVICE County of Lackawanna Transit System Beginning March 15 COLTS will resume full service Monday through Saturday beginning March 15. Buses will run Monday through Friday on their normal weekday schedules. Regular Saturday service will resume on March 20. The Customer Service Desk at the Transit Center will reopen at 8:30 a.m. on Monday, March 15.
