Free Transportation COLTS to Vaccinations Beginning Monday County of Lackawanna Transit System COLTS will offer free transportation for community members with confirmed COVID-19 vaccination appointments within Lackawanna County beginning March 1. The free service is being offered through COLTS' Shared Ride program and will run from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Saturday. You must make a reservation by calling (570) 963-6795 before noon on the business day prior to your appointment.
