Holiday Hours COLTS COLTS will end regular fixed route bus service around 3 County of Lackawanna Transit System p.m. on Thursday, Dec. 24. Please visit coltsbus.com for specific last trips on each route. The Evening City Circle shuttles will not run on Dec. 24. Shared Ride (van) service will run essential trips only and the last van pick-ups will be at 2 p.m. On Dec. 31, COLTS will run regular service. There will be no Evening City Circle shuttles.
