Mendicino's Italian Specialties is a deli in Scranton, Pennsylvania. Mendicino's Italian Specialties is the vision of Gasper Mendicino and Victor Amendola. Both men are first generation Italian-Americans with an extensive (and delicious) collection of homemade Italian specialty recipes including their mouth-watering Soppressata. Gasper and Victor, and their families, having been making this cured Italian meat for casual family gatherings as well as holidays and special occasions for decades.
