David D. Watson is founder of PHOENIX Rehabilitation and serves as the company's President and Chief Executive Officer.  Mr. Watson works full-time for the company.  He is a graduate of University of California, Davis, BS 1977 and Duke University, MS 1979. David is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association and the Pennsylvania Physical Therapy Association.  He is a licensed physical therapist in Pennsylvania, Illinois, and St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands.  Prior to founding the company, David served as President and Chief Operating Officer of Northstar Health Services, Inc. (NSTR) from 1996 until 1997, and he was also a member of its Board of Directors.  He served as President and Chief Operating Officer of Keystone Rehabilitation Systems, Inc. from 1995-1996.  He has started two other rehabilitation businesses, one business with a location in St. Thomas and in St. Croix, Rehabilitation Services of the Virgin Islands, and another one in Illinois, Midwest Rehabilitation Management. David received a National Board certification in Electrophysiology in 1989.
